Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating after two men fell through the ice yesterday on Beaver Dam Lake. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott arrived on scene at approximately 6:04 p.m. and was able to rescue Cordell A. Foster, 20, utilizing a rope throw bag. It was discovered that the second victim, Justin D. Sprang, 20, had went under the water and never resurfaced.
