The Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) wants to inform the public that due to a loss of public access, the 0.4 mile section of Crooked Creek along Elk Horn Road in Carroll County will be removed from the stocked trout program beginning with the 2023-2024 stocking season.
