NSSF Fires Back at Gun Control’s Attempts to Chill First Amendment Rights

NSSF defended the First Amendment rights of firearm manufacturers in a letter to the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection Director Samuel Levine. The letter was in response to several complaints by special-interest gun control groups falsely accusing NSSF members of violating the Federal Trade Commission Act.
