Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a motion for preliminary injunction in Renna v. Bonta, its lawsuit challenging California’s handgun “roster”, its ban on self-manufacturing handguns, and provisions in SB-1327 that are designed to suppress and chill legitimate challenges to firearms regulations.
