The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has appointed L.t Seth Wagner as the state Boating Law Administrator representing Florida within the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators. Lt. Wagner will replace retiring BLA, Capt. Gary Klein.
