Fellsmere Reservoir (Headwaters) in Indian River County joined an elite list of Florida waters when its first Hall of Fame bass weighing 13 pounds or heavier was approved in the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) TrophyCatch program.
