FPC Fights Forward in Lawsuit Challenging Oregon’s Ban on Self-Built Firearms

Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a combined brief opposing Oregon’s motion to dismiss and motion in the alternative in support of summary judgment in its challenge to the State’s HB 2005 ban on constitutionally protected self-manufactured arms.
