Three-Position Air Rifle (3PAR) is the most popular junior rifle program in the USA. 3PAR Rules are revised and reissued on a bi-annual basis. The newest version of these rules, the 15th 2024-2026 Edition, has just been released. An electronic version of the new rulebook is posted on the CMP website.
