Delta Waterfowl Banquet Auction to Include Original Artwork Featured on 2024-2025 Duck Stamp Carrier

2023 Federal Duck Stamp Art Competition winner Chuck Black has chosen to donate an original painting to The Duck Hunters Organization to be auctioned during Delta Waterfowl’s Duck Hunters Expo Grand Banquet on July 27. The donated artwork will be featured on the carrier of the 2024-2025 Federal Duck Stamp.
