Vista Outdoor Inc. (NYSE:VSTO) has notified MNC Capital of the company’s decision to reject MNC’s unsolicited interest in purchasing Vista Outdoor in an all-cash transaction for $37.50 per Vista Outdoor share. The Board issued a letter to MNC notifying them of the decision.
