The Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation named Wayne Rasmussen as National Director of the Scholastic Clay Target Program. Mr. Rasmussen was selected to lead the SSSF’s youth development program with over thirteen years of experience in youth shooting sports as a parent, coach and state advisor.
