Scholastic 3-D Archery announced Wayne Hayes as the new Kansas S3DA State Coordinator. Wayne will oversee all aspects of the S3DA program in Kansas, including promoting the program across the state to gain team and individual memberships, providing training for new coaches, dividing the state into regions, and placing regional coordinators to oversee and manage those individual regions.
