The Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (MDIFW) announced today that it will utilize a $20 million investment from Governor Mills’ Maine Jobs & Recovery Plan to redesign and rebuild two state fish hatcheries in Grand Lake Stream and New Gloucester.
