Knife Rights has filed a federal lawsuit challenging Minnesota’s complete ban on switchblades (automatically opening knives) on Second Amendment grounds. Despite the Supreme Court’s binding Second Amendment precedent, the State of Minnesota virtually completely prohibits the manufacture, transfer and possession of common automatically opening knives.
