Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a fatal off-road vehicle (ORV) accident that occurred Sunday night in Clinton County. At 8:04 p.m., Clinton County Central Dispatch received a 911 call of an ORV crash with injury in the 5400 block of West Manson Colfax Road.
