Delaware Switchblade Ban Repeal and Knife Law Reform Bill Out of Committee

After testimony from Knife Rights Director of Legislative Affairs, Todd Rathner, Delaware bipartisan Senate Bill 108 was unanimously released by the Senate Judiciary Committee “on its merits.” SB 108 would remove the restrictions on sale or possession of automatic (switchblade) knives.
