Arkansas Knife Law Preemption Bill Signed by Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders

After over a decade of Knife Rights’ efforts, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed HB 1418 that enacts Knife Rights’ signature Knife Law Preemption in the state, becoming Act 161. The bill adds “Knives” and “Knife-making components” to the state’s existing Firearms Law Preemption statute.
